Ancient Egypt in 3D – Harvard University and Gaia Technologies
Many congratulations to Harvard University and Dassault Systems in modelling the Giza Plateau in ancient Egypt, visualising scientific data to re-build the pyramids in perspective. Gaia Technologies have re-built Tutankhamun’s tomb in photo realistic 3D exactly as it was when Lord Caernarfon first discovered it with all the glorious objects entombed with him. The tomb itself has now been re-sealed with Tutankhamun himself now left largely alone.
